T.J. Martin joined USIC (United States Infrastructure Company) as the Senior Military Recruiting Program Manager in September of 2022, upon retiring from military service. USIC is the largest provider of underground utilities locating in North America, with more than 12,000 employees across 45 states.

Throughout his military career TJ served on active duty, and active-duty guard and reserve for the Army. His past assignments include Command Sergeant Major- Indiana Army National Guard Recruiting Battalion, Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Division Sergeant Major at National Guard Bureau, Reserve Component Retention Sergeant Major with the Army’s 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, CO, and numerous other assignments and deployments over 26 years.

TJ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Roger Williams University, as well as a master’s degree in public administration from Florida Institute of Technology.

With a long-standing commitment to community service, TJ has served on the boards of directors of non-profit organizations, such as the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) and the Hoosier Chapter of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
