Sujal Kapadia

Sujal is the Co-Founder of Jivan, an Older Adult Employment Platform that partners with employers to meet their talent needs with older adults. He is passionate about Jivan’s mission – a world where older adults from all walks of life can find employment that meets them where they are.

Sujal spent the majority of his career in Investment Banking, at J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays. In addition, he worked at Oscar Health, a health insurance company. He currently serves on the National Advisory Board and Selection Committee of the Jefferson Scholars Foundation at the University of Virginia and previously sat on the Board of Directors of City Harvest, a New York City-based food rescue organization.
