Seth Peterson is a Corporate Citizenship Manager for Military and Veteran Affairs at Fiserv, focused on advancing employment, associate engagement and development, and entrepreneurship programming for the military- connected community. He manages Fiserv’s Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge program, the Military Leadership Council (MLC) employee resource group, and partners with talent acquisition leaders to develop employment pathways supporting members of the National Guard and Reserve, transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses. After joining Fiserv in 2022 through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, Seth has helped expand Fiserv Salutes, Clover Salutes, and Small Business, Big Impact programs—scaling support for the military and veteran community and strengthening engagement across New York and New Jersey.

Prior to Fiserv, Seth served over 21 years in the United States Army, ending his career as a Civil Affairs Team Sergeant and Strategic Readiness Supervisor with 1st Special Forces Command. He partnered with U.S. and partner-nation government agencies to build durable solutions to complex challenges affecting vulnerable communities in Southeast Asia. That mission-focused experience now drives how he collaborates with employers, nonprofits, and veteran-serving organizations to deliver programs that help the military- connected community thrive.
