Sean Casey

Sean Casey has over 13 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations, including serving as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Army. At Comcast NBCUniversal, he works collaboratively across the organization leading internal and external communications for the company’s military-focused programs and outreach to military customers, employees, and community organizations.

Sean and the Military & Veteran Affairs team empower business units across Comcast NBCUniversal to engage with the military community, including connectivity services, digital equity, and military hiring.

Sean is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve with 20 years of combined active duty and reserve service, including two 12-month combat deployments in Iraq. He is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.

Sean earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Miami University and his graduate degree in public communication from Drexel University. He is also a Public Affairs Qualification Course graduate at the Defense Information School.
