Robert B. Licata

Robert Licata is the Director, Service Delivery for Prudential USB Platform Delivery and is the National Co-Chair for Pruential’s VETNET Business Resrource Group (BRG). He has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology across a broad range of technology areas both domestically and globally.

In his role, Robert is responsible for Application Shared Service Support, Infrastructure, Operational Practices, Transition, Data Analytics, GT Liaison, Enterprise SharePoint Administration, Code Deployment BCP/DR Planning, Integration Services, Risk & Audit . Robert has been with Prudential since September of 2015.

Prior to coming to Prudential Annuities in the fall of 2015, Robert worked for various Financial Services, Manufacturing and HealthCare companies managing Infrastructure and Data Center Operations teams.

Prior to joining Prudential, Robert was elisted as a Missile Technician (MT2/ss) assigned to the USS Sam Rayburn SSBNM 635 Gold Crew serving six years.

Robert has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

Robert sits on the board of directors for Homes for the Brave located in Bridgeport CT and has received two Presidential Voluhnteer Service Awards for Community Service.
