RJ Williams

RJ Williams is the Vice President, ISP Operations for Charter Communications, which under the Spectrum brand provides Inside Plant Operations for ~ 2M subscribers within the Central Management Area of Southern California.

RJ is responsible for providing direction and oversight to ensure structured, consistent, and disciplined operational practices for stable product delivery aligned with company initiatives and expectations. Support operations including the technical operations, construction, and preventative maintenance teams. Lead and Direct project planning, capital budgeting, and assist with business plan development. Ensure a high degree of cross-functional communication and participation in line with product deployment and support operations.

Prior to joining Charter, RJ has held various operational and engineering leadership industry roles throughout his 30+ years serving in technology management. RJ has successfully built, operated, and managed many large geographic networks and teams.

RJ completed an Executive Leadership Program at Tuck Dartmouth School of Business; he also holds an MBA and Engineering undergraduate degree. RJ began his career in Satellite Communications serving honorably in the U.S. Navy on an aircraft carrier battle vessel, which included several international military deployments.
