Ramiro Carmona

Ramiro is a former Army Infantry Officer with five years of service, he deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After transitioning out of the military and into the corporate world in 2017, he joined ADP, where he spent over six years, as payroll manager, recruiter, and a veteran program manager. Following his time at ADP, he led a veteran program for U.S. Xpress, supporting veterans in their career transitions into the transportation industry. He also worked as a recruiter for X-Bow Systems, a leading aerospace and defense company. Most recently, Ramiro is the Military Recruitment Program Manager for ABM Industries, specializing in recruiting military talent into the facility services sector. Outside of work, Ramiro enjoys mountain biking, hiking, traveling, going to concerts, and spending quality time with his fiancée and their four pets.
