Rachelle “Shelly” Waite-Bey is an honorably separated USAF Veteran, and served during the Gulf War as well as OEF/OIF era, on Special Air Missions as a flight attendant with Air Force II and as one of the three hand selected Airmen to serve as the personal flight attendant for the Supreme Allied Commander’s of Europe, while stationed at the NATO Command.

Currently she is an IVMF Ambassador, and Owner of Waite SLTS – a cybersecurity consulting firm headquartered in South Carolina. Waite SLTS represented by Ms. Waite-Bey, contributed to the development of the U.S. Dept of Commerce’s, NIST IR 8401, the cybersecurity standard for Hybrid Satellites.

Her focus is helping Federal Agencies, Public, Private, and International companies with governance, risks and compliance needs. Recently, her focus has been to help with implementing and improving corporate security hygiene especially with CMMC compliance.

She is a granddaughter to one of the developers and designers of the gaming console Atari and likes to say technology is in her DNA!

Rachelle calls South Carolina home. She is involved in both local and State organizations and is an active contributor to the veteran community! Rachelle is a highly sought after cybersecurity professional. She is speaker for security engagements and security forums.
