Quita Keller

Quita Keller is a Talent Engagement Senior Specialist with Chemonics International, an employee-owned sustainable development firm. Quita has committed and invested many years of professional effort in identifying, engaging, coaching, and advising talent potential and prospects. Currently, her primary focus is facilitating career opportunities for qualified individuals who may be overlooked because of their non-traditional career pathways or unique backgrounds and experiences. Her academic training and work experience span a variety of subject areas and sectors. Quita received a Bachelor of Science degree in foreign service from Georgetown University, a master’s degree in public health from the University of California Berkeley, and has completed doctoral coursework in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Through her qualitative research and analysis training, she has developed a unique approach to understanding transferable skills and their importance in promoting workplace innovation and insights.
