Matt Watkins, a Nashville, Tennessee native, is dedicated to serving the military community both personally and professionally. As the Military Program Manager at Premise Health, Matt develops and leads strategies to attract, hire, and retain veterans and military spouses, helping grow their representation within the company from nearly 6% to almost 8% in under two years. A Marine Corps veteran with 17 years of continued service and a 100% disabled veteran, Matt is also the founder of Operation Headshot, a nonprofit that helps veterans and their families thrive after their military service. Outside of his work, Matt is a devoted husband to Chelsea, his wife of 17 years, and a proud father of two boys.
