Kevin Traw is Vice President Optum Financial Services Call Center. He leads 2,000+ employees at multiple US and Global responsible for call, email, and chat interactions with 8M+ customers that utilize Optum Financial Services. Supported products include Health Spending Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Healthy Food Spending, Healthy Lifestyle Spending and Utility Reimbursement. Kevin joined UnitedHealth Group in Jan 2014 as a Process Improvement Consultant. He moved into his first leadership role at UnitedHealth Group in Mar of 2014 and was promoted to Vice President in 2016. Kevin has 30 years of experience in operations, logistics, systems acquisition, and quality. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Kevin was on Active Duty in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Lt Colonel in January of 2014. He has experience leading organizations of over 900 employees and has been responsible for $23B in equipment and budgets. He served eight years overseas, commanding the second largest Aircraft Maintenance Squadron in the United States Air Force, and being assigned to the Pentagon on the Air Staff.
