With over 15 years of progressive experience in leadership, strategy, and facilitation, Kellie has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing equitable talent pathways and fostering organizational cultures of belonging.

Kellie’s expertise spans people and culture programs, trauma-informed leadership, strategic consulting, and transformational change management. She leads the design, implementation, and sustainability of diverse talent initiatives, with a focus on Military-Connected Talent, Neurodiverse Talent, Persons with Disabilities, among other diverse talent pathway communities. As a master’s prepared social worker with an MBA, Kellie brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen to her work, guiding interdisciplinary teams to achieve innovative and sustainable business outcomes.

Her leadership is characterized by a relentless pursuit of psychological safety and inclusion, empowering associates and driving enterprise-wide change. Kellie has spearheaded initiatives such as the Pharmacist-led Medication Reconciliation program and the Executive Acceleration Sponsorship Experience, resulting in measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness, associate engagement, and member outcomes. She is also known for her operational excellence, strategic partnership management, and dedication to leadership development.

Kellie’s thought leadership extends beyond Humana; she has presented at national conferences, authored articles on trauma-informed leadership and military-connected talent pathways, and facilitated CE-accredited trainings. Her recognitions include the HEAL Award, Summit Award nomination, 2025 Leader Award, and achieving expert status on the Clinical Career Ladder; all reflecting her impact as a clinician, cultural innovator, and business strategist.
