Kaitlin Cashwell has been with AWP since its inception in 2013, serving in various roles to support the organization’s mission. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in leadership, business development, finance, and project management. In her previous role as Director of Community Integration, Kaitlin supported the growth and development of AWP’s nine communities; launched two new programs—the AWP Network and the Corporate Veteran Initiative (CVI); and led AWP’s Veteran Suicide Prevention Evaluation projects in 2019, 2020, and 2022, in partnership with the CDC and CDC Foundation. Currently, she is responsible for the design and implementation of long-term strategies focused on fund development and maximizing program impact. Kaitlin holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a Master’s in Business Administration from Augusta University.
