John Lees

John Lees is Serco’s Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Outreach. He is a 30-year Navy Veteran currently located in Norfolk, Virginia. After John’s service in the military, he transitioned into the field of Veteran recruiting partnerships. John is a living example of his investment into the military community, especially support for those transitioning into the civilian workforce.

Within his position at Serco, John is responsible for building partnerships with Veteran organizations, military resources, diversity organizations, external sourcing vendors, and colleges and universities with the goal of identifying and attracting highly qualified candidates.
