Jennifer Delatte

Jennifer Lynn has served as the Military Talent Program Manager for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the past 3 years where she leads military talent recruitment efforts and is responsible for positioning the organization as military friendly and military ready. She launched the organization’s Veteran Employee Resource group, created the Veteran and Military Spouse mentorship program, and co-leads the Veteran Companion Program alongside Volunteer services.

She received a Master’s degree from University of Southern California in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors in Human Resource Management from State University New York College at Oswego. Jennifer was named one of G.I. Jobs Veteran Champions of the Year in Corporate America in 2024.

She is still serving part time in the Army Reserve as an Operations Non-commissioned Officer in Charge for a Drill Sergeant Training unit in Riverside, CA. She is passionate about helping the military community find gainful employment as well as creating an engaging employee experience for employees.
