Jeffrey DePasquale is a Human Resources Manager with Spectrum at the Corporate Headquarters in Stamford, CT. He is a Human Resources Business Partner for multiple corporate teams in Customer Operations. He is also the Communications Lead for the Veterans Business Resource Group.

Jeff joined Spectrum in 2023 through the Corporate Fellowship Program with Hiring Our Heroes. He retired from the US Army as a First Sergeant after a 20+ year career. Jeff earned a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a B.S. in Management from Rutgers University. He also has his SHRM-CP certification.

Jeff stays engaged with Veterans and Veterans concerns by advocating for employing Veterans at Spectrum, as an American Corporate Partners Mentor, and staying connected with current and transitioning service members.
