She served as an Army Engineer Officer, leading teams in complex, high-stakes environments and supporting operations both domestically and overseas. Following her active duty military service, she transitioned into strategic and operational leadership roles, including multiple Chief of Staff positions, where she advised senior executives, led cross- functional initiatives, and helped organizations navigate growth and transformation.
