Jack Bechtold

Jack Bechtold is an experienced and dynamic HR professional with a background in project management, specializing in Learning & Development (L&D), sales operations, marketing, and driving business growth. With a profound understanding of inclusion and belonging, Jack has successfully implemented numerous initiatives to cultivate an inclusive culture across the organization, demonstrating his commitment to creating a supportive and diverse workplace.

Jack began his career at AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant and progressed to become an Assistant Store Manager, Retail Store Manager, Senior Training Manager, and Senior Digital Producer. In 2023, Jack took on the role of Lead Consultant Diversity – Strategic Segment Lead at AT&T in Dallas, TX. In this capacity, he serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Veterans, People with Disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ Segments. His role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies that ensure these groups are effectively represented and supported within the company.

Beyond his professional roles, Jack is deeply involved in volunteering and giving back to his community. Since 2022, he has served as the President of the LEAGUE at AT&T DFW Chapter, an Employee Resource Group (ERG) that champions the interests of LGBTQ+ employees and allies. LEAGUE is dedicated to promoting diversity, professional development, and community engagement, leveraging the unique identities and experiences of its members to enhance relationships and foster a more inclusive workplace.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Hawaii Pacific University and an MBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University, equipping him with advanced skills in managing complex projects and driving business success.
