After spending six (6) years in the United States Army, Jennalynn “J” Warren developed a strong appreciation for purposeful leadership and the support systems that shape successful transitions. She entered the field of talent acquisition in 2022 when she joined BeneLynk as a Corporate Recruiter, later expanding her role as a Human Resources Generalist. In addition to her recruiting work, she contributes to the development of internal military‑engagement initiatives that strengthen support for veterans and military spouses within the organization.

Currently, J is pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of the Cumberlands. Her academic interests include leadership, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. She intends to continue her education in law after obtaining her MBA, with the goal of becoming a corporate attorney.
