Gregory Hamm

Greg Hamm is the Vice President – Field and Government Recruiting at Werner Enterprises. Greg has 24 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry and more than 13 years of leadership experience with Werner. Throughout his tenure at Werner, he has held Strategic Sales, Operations, and Leadership roles. He now leads Werner’s efforts to recruit the next generation of safe and professional drivers. Greg is a member of the Commercial Vehicle Training Association (CVTA). Greg has developed valuable relationships throughout the industry with shippers, carriers, logistics companies, and CDL training schools frequently requesting his insight regarding the driver hiring, training, and veteran hiring markets. Greg is passionate about veteran initiatives and causes and is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Greg was named 2024 Veteran Champion of the Year in Corporate America by GI Jobs magazine and Viqtory Marketing.
