I’m responsible for deploying talent acquisition strategies, policies and programs to strengthen the organization’s capabilities and ensure Ingalls has the talent to meet current and future business needs. This includes the execution of sourcing, recruiting and hiring strategies, driving efficiencies within the hiring process, diversity outreach, and adherence to federal requirements.
 
I joined Ingalls in 2011 and has held various positions with increasing responsibility in the HR&A organization, including roles in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations where she was a Manager/HR Business Partner. She most recently served as the manager of Talent Acquisition.
 
I’m a veteran of the United States Air Force. I hold several degrees from Williams Carey University and certifications from Gallup and McKinsey and Company.
 
I’ve been married for 20 years to Mondlie Brave and we have 3 beautiful children (Elani, Monclair and Mason).
