Ed Dixon serves as Director for Business Continuity/Risk Management at GXO Logistics, with responsibility for establishing and maintaining contingency plans across GXO’s Americas & Asia Pacific region. Ed has 29 years of experience across a range of industries, including logistics, retail, legal and aircraft maintenance. Prior to joining GXO, Ed held Operations Leadership and Operations Support roles in the U.S. Air Force, The Home Depot and Target. Additionally, Ed serves as Co-leader overseeing missions for veterans through the FORCES@GXO Business Resource Group designed to support the military community and their families within our global organization.

Ed earned a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Factors Engineering from The United States Air Force Academy.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys the outdoors by camping and hiking with his family, kayaking, triathlons and other endurance athletic events. Through endurance sports, he has raised thousands of dollars for athletes with disabilities and for veteran suicide awareness and prevention.
