Charles (Chuck) H Veillon, Jr serves as the Director, Human Resources within Charter Spectrum. He provides consultative and strategic HR support to the VP of Technical Support, Internet & Voice (IVR); and the VP of Provisioning Activation Center (PAC). Chuck leads a staff of 14 HR professional across two sites in support of 1,000+ operational staff. He partners with business leaders to identify, develop and drive HR initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, attrition and retention, compliance, and compensation. Chuck serves as a veteran consultant on the Customer Operations Recruitment and Retention Advisement Committee.

Chuck is a USAF veteran and retired in 2015 after serving 26 years. He is married to his beautiful wife Colleen and they have three children; Tre, Camille and Cadence. When Chuck is not at work he enjoys spending quality time with his family at their camp property in southern Missouri.
