Celia Croff is the Military Programs Manager at US Foods. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and military recruiting, Celia has been instrumental in developing and expanding military hiring programs for national and global organizations.

Celia began her career in the automotive industry in Michigan, where she worked as an HR Generalist before transitioning into talent acquisition, specializing in recruiting skilled trades and engineers. Her passion for supporting transitioning service members was sparked by her brother’s challenges in finding employment after serving 10 years in the Navy as an Electrical Engineer. This personal connection led her to focus on bridging the gap between military service and civilian careers.

Throughout her career, Celia has played a key role in leading military hiring initiatives at major organizations, including DENSO, where she oversaw North American military and veteran recruiting, and Builders FirstSource, where she built a DoD SkillBridge Program with a 97% placement rate. Now at US Foods, she is spearheading the company’s military recruiting strategy and programs.

Although Celia did not serve in the military herself, she comes from a proud military family and is deeply committed to supporting veterans and service members in their transition to civilian careers. She lives in Michigan with her husband, Kenny, and their son, Rhett, along with their two German Shepherds, Sarge and Ava. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and homesteading on their family farm.
