Brian serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Knowles Precision Devices, a highly specialized global microelectronic manufacturing company that caters to the military, medical, electric vehicle, and 5G market segments. He leads a team of professionals responsible for developing an inspirational culture that informs, attracts, influences, and hires the highest-quality candidates from the world’s diverse talent pool while providing a one-of-a-kind candidate experience.

He is an expert at providing external employment market experience and advising leadership on trends and the availability of talent in identified markets. He is highly skilled at leveraging resources and cutting-edge technologies to deploy recruiting strategies and marketing techniques to meet defined metrics, goals, and targeted objective timelines.

He began his career in the United States Navy, where he served as a Divisional Leading Chief in the Navy’s Career Recruiting Force (CRF). He received numerous awards and recognition for his leadership accomplishments in developing multiple geographically dispersed recruiting teams to produce record-breaking results for enlisted and officer recruiting missions.

He is passionate about hiring veterans at all levels and helping them align the unique skills they learned in the military to ensure success in the manufacturing industry. He recently developed and launched his organization’s first-ever Employment Skills Training Program and partnered with the Department of Defense (DoD), allowing transitioning service members to participate in the SkillBridge program as they transition out of the service.
