Brett Gagnon, Senior Vice President, Chief Enterprise Architect at Fulton Bank, and the executive sponsor of Fulton Bank’s Veterans Employee Resource Group, is an Army War College graduate with a Master of Strategic Studies. Brett commissioned into the Army Signal Corps in 1998 from Marquette University’s ROTC program with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. Brett transitioned into the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and the private sector in 2000. Currently an Army Cyber Corps Colonel in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Brett served combat tours as a battery commander with the 56th Stryker Brigade in 2008-2009 in Iraq and as the 28th Infantry Division signal officer in 2019 in Kuwait. Throughout Brett’s 24 year National Guard career he has managed transitions between military deployments and his civilian job. Brett also has degrees from Lehigh University with a Master of Business Administration and Engineering, and from New York University with a Master of Science in Business Analytics. Within his position at Fulton Bank, Brett is responsible for technology innovation, strategy, and partnering with colleges, universities, and Fintech startups.
