Amy Rossi is a pioneering advocate for military spouse employment and a founding member of Military Spouse Jobs (MSJ), a nationwide non-profit dedicated to helping military-affiliated candidates successfully transition into new careers. A key contributor to the launch of VetJobs, Amy has helped shape MSJ’s comprehensive support services, including job placement, resume reviews, workforce development training, and career counseling.

Since beginning her work with MSJ (formerly MSCCN) in 2004, Amy has become a leading voice in military employment advocacy. As a writer, trainer, entrepreneur, and military family activist, she focuses on practical job search strategies, career development, and the unique challenges facing military- connected job seekers.

Her diverse experience includes serving as a subject matter expert for the Army Spouse Employment Partnership, Employment Readiness Program Manager, Professor at Hawaii Pacific University, and Marketing Executive.

Amy holds a Master’s in Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Communications, and multiple professional certifications in job search training, fitness, and family development. She was also a finalist for Military Spouse of the Year in 2010. Amy has been married to LTC(R) Daniel T. Rossi for 28 years, and together they have three sons.
